Spetsen

Spetsen, Bonniers Konsthall’s new café and restaurant, serves modern and seasonal food, inspired by Swedish cuisine. The kitchen offers everything from luxurious tray lunches to afternoon tea, as well as a generous and delicious selection of cold dishes, freshly baked bread and pastries. The focus is on high-quality primary produce and careful attention to the presentation of the dishes, which are served over the counter by the chefs, supervised by head chef Martin Eriksson.

The menu will change every week and offer new meat and fish dishes every day, a large bread and vegetable buffet and desserts. The restaurant also stocks a wide range of drinks, including teas, coffees, juices, wine and beer. All meals are available for take-away at a reduced price.

Spetsen is run by the team behind the Carl Michael restaurant on Djurgården; chefs Roland and Magnus Persson. Legendary Roland Persson’s impressive CV includes the French Dining-Room at Grand Hotêl, Stockholm. His son Magnus was recently award third prize in the prestigious Chef of the Year competition. Both father and son have received the fine distinction “Cadiers smaksked”.
