Bonniers Konsthall’s premises, in the middle of central Stockholm, offer a fantastic environment for both large and small company events. The art gallery occupies the entire ground floor of this transparent building, designed by architect Johan Celsing. Here are opportunities to create unique experiences surrounded by contemporary art in this beautiful 700-square-metre building.
Everything from breakfast meetings to cocktail parties can be arranged in the art gallery. We can also offer food and refreshments in the form of sandwiches, snacks with drinks or gourmet dinners through Riddarbageriet, that runs the art gallery’s café. Event organisers can choose to rent small, limited areas of the art gallery or the whole premises, depending on how many participants are involved and whether the event takes place during the art gallery’s normal opening hours or not.
The tip – meetings (30 people)
At the very front of the art gallery is the tip with its majestic view. The room, equipped with wireless broadband, film screen and projector is extremely suitable for meetings for up to 30 participants.

Half day (4 hours) SEK 5,000
Price (extra) per hour after 6.00 p.m. and weekends, SEK 1,000. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
The tip – lunch/dinner/mingle (60 people)
The tip can also be rearranged to suit more exclusive events such as seated dinners and other types of company events.
Whole day (8 hours) SEK 16,000
Half day (4 hours) SEK 12,000 kr
Price (extra) per hour after 6.00 p.m. and weekends, SEK 1,000. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Café and entrance (200 people)
These airy rooms are very suitable for both seminars and drinks. There is room for 70 people to sit in the cafe, but the rooms can be rearranged according to need.

Half day (4 hours) SEK 20,000
Price (extra) per hour after 6.00 p.m. and weekends, SEK 2,000. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
The entire art gallery (550 people)
It is also possible to rent the entire art gallery or parts of the exhibition rooms. Please contact us for a quotation.
