Hall of Mirrors, 2008
The title of the installation, Hall of Mirrors, refers both to hall of mirrors at amusement parks and funfairs, and to hall of mirrors of 17th and 18th century European palaces. The six works in the exhibition are related to the worlds of the theatre, the cinema and the circus, including props and mirrors that allow the viewer to take the stage and become part of it. The painting Limelight portrays the two comedians Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin.
